Catherine Wiltcher is a thirty-something former television producer and a #1 bestselling erotic romance author.
After being diagnosed with cancer in 2017, Catherine decided to write a romance novel about feisty women and sexy men, and something that removed her as far away from oncology rooms as possible. Sixteen years of working in film and TV production has provided endless inspiration for her writing…
Catherine lives in a village near Bath with her husband and two young daughters who keep her on her toes far more than any stroppy pop star or A-Lister did.
Catherine also blogs about the realities of modern family life at kidsversuscopy.com, as well as subjects that are close to her heart – imaginative play, books her family enjoy and, of course, writing romantic fiction. Her writing has also appeared in Mumsnet, Selfish Mother & The Huffington Post.
Catherine started her career in TV as a runner on the hit ITV show ‘Blind Date’. She then moved into Music TV (MTV, T4) before ending up in movie and drama production, with a brief (three year) flirtation at the BBC’s Natural History Unit thrown in there as well.
Catherine has been lucky to travel all over the world, working with the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, MTV, Walden Media, Warner Bros & 20th Century Fox, amongst many others.
